Q Why do you have so many more listings than any other directory?

A  Because we have a different business plan. Other directories list only those inns who pay to be in the listing. We feel that a potential guest should have the widest possible selection,  so we list every inn we can find. That's the reason that potential guests come back to our listing time after time. The complete listing is better for the guests and therefore better for the Innkeepers. 

Q Why does the picture of my inn shown in your listing look better than the same picture I have in my own website?

A  Because some of our staffers are computer artists. Spending hours editing B &  B listings can get boring, so, sometimes when they want to take a break and they happen to notice a picture that looks like it could use a little improvement, they do so.  Of course, we don't charge for that. We feel that all the Innkeepers are sort of our extended family. If you have a picture that you would like us to try to improve for you, let us know.

Q I see some typos in my listing. How do I get changes made to my listing?

A  All you need to do is let us know. If you want to change the text, send us the text exactly as you want it, as part of an email. Don't make it an attachment. Type it right into your email bodty. If you want to change a phone number or add a fax number or include prices, just tell us what you want. rember, if you include prices, it's your responsibilty to tell us about changes.

Q I see some strange symbols in my listing. What are they and how do I get rid of them?

A  They are the result of a mismatch between the typeset used in your website and the typeset our programmer used to transfer the text. Our programmers do so many listings each day that they don't always catch these differences. If you see them in your listing, just send us an email and type your listing, as it should be, in the body of your email. We will change it.
