The original log home was used as a granary and took lots of work to refurbish. In the seventies we added on. In October 1999 we began the addition for the bed and breakfast. The new addition features hand peeled logs, solar electricity, and a collection of kerosene lamps. Steve is a carpenter/contractor. Aprille was a special education teacher, Vista Volunteer, and perpetual student. We serve a full breakfast including such treats as sour dough waffles, pancakes , homemade bread, or muffins.
